Reviews and Ratings
Although the check-in was delayed, my room, which had two comfortable double beds, was spacious and could accommodate up to four people. However, the downgrading was disappointing, especially considering the same rate was charged as the reserved room.
Our stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were spacious enough for our group of 6 and not uncomfortably cold in the Agoncillo building. However, there were some issues with the staff and the breakfast pricing was questionable.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the lack of a telephone directory resulted in inconveniences. The service was satisfactory, offering essential amenities like dry cleaning and laundry services. The location was a peaceful getaway from the bustling city, ideal for relaxation by the Taal Lake. The dining experience left much to be desired with limited options and overpriced al la carte meals. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel's facilities were decent, providing a moderate level of comfort.
I absolutely loved my stay at Club Balai Isabel! The rooms in the condominium buildings were so clean and I was very satisfied with the cleanliness. While the adjacent room wasn't as clean, especially the shower room, during our stay, the overall experience was comfortable and enjoyable. The location is perfect for those wanting to see Taal Volcano, though there were some issues with the staff's training. The view of Taal Volcano and the lake was stunning, offering a great spot for relaxation. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some inedible options during the buffet breakfast, but overall, it was decent. The facilities at the resort were well-maintained and added to the overall positive experience.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms are old and need maintenance, but the location is convenient for exploring the Taal Caldera. However, the presence of mosquitoes inside the room was a big drawback.
